OMIKRON BARCELONA was constituted in 1988 with totally national capital. All time long, we have designed a great number of equipments and developed especific products for an extensive kind of applications, not only for our own catalog but also for the companys we collaborate with, since a lot of years ago.
All the equipments manufactured by OMIKRON BARCELONA are designed with our own technology, what allow us give to our customers a maintenance and repair service, with no limits of time, until now.
Since our beginings, we collaborate with a cared selection of national industries, that makes different parts of our production process, although the assemblage, testing and finished of all the products is made by our own thecnical staff in our factory in Sant Quirze del Valles.
The course of the time and the request of our customers who have been applying for especial designs and applications, have defined that OMIKRON BARCELONA have three bussines lines.
First off all, the serial equipments range for CCTV control, perhaps the more known line, where from a video amplifier to our last and novel product the Graphic Control Unit UCG-1R44, can be found.
Another of our production lines is the manufacture of personalized equipments for third people, made under our technical especifications that includes a wide range of products even complet systems, that sometimes doesn't have to do with the close television circuit.
Finally, the especial designs that includes projects to cover the especific needs of our customers, being or complet equipments either that are parts of another products, that in most ocasions and in the course of the time becomes equipments of our catalog.
Since the beginings of our activity, to distribute our serial products, we collaborate with the main wholesale factories of the security sector in Spain, having through them a wide diffusion in the national and international market.
Nowadays, we export to the North of Africa and we are also present out of Spain through european distributors.
One of the important priorities for Omikron, is the one of giving to its customers and users the maximum attention and advice not only thecnically for the installation projects but also for our equipments use.
Conscious that most of our products are controlling security systems, we take seriously the quality of our equipments, so for that we have stablished and developed our own methods and testing tools, that allow us to guarantee the right operation of all our manufacture.
With more than a hundred of equipments in the market, controlling installations of airports, auditoriums, motorways, military bases, football grounds, television studios, casinos, hospitals, penitentiary centers, railway installations, trains, metros and trams, bank offices, shoping centers, courts, etc., or used in production processes, medical estudies and audience media.
